Spalted Beech Eating Spoon

Spalted Beech eating spoon.

Made from a wind fallen tree from Daisy Nook country park.

Northern Spoon Crafts use locally and ethically sourced timber to create wooden spoons, utensils and other wooden items.

Each item is made using three simple traditional hand tools, axe, sloyd knife and hook knife. The finish is knife only, sandpaper is never used. Each item is then burnished and finished with food safe oil, either Linseed or Tung.

Hand wash in hot soapy water. Never put in dishwasher.
